   Job description:  
  SUMMARY: This is a key manufacturing position with management and technical oversight of day-to-day operations, production improvements, and ensuring the operational efficiency/safe operations of the Kraft, Recaust, and Recycle areas of the fibers department.
  JOB FUNCTION: 
 Assist the Fiber Manufacturing Manager in working with shift supervisors and hourly employees in the operation ofthe process including 3 continuous Kamyr digesters, recaust plant, and recycle fiber plant.
 Accountable for area performance in accordance to established key performance indicators (KPIs) to include: safety, environmental compliance, housekeeping, quality, and productivity.
 Drive safety to Zero injuries and support mill transition to safety focused culture.
