The Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Physician provides comprehensive care for patients with pulmonary disease, sleep disorders, and critical illness. This role includes inpatient critical care management, pulmonary consultation, and outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide direct care for critically ill patients in medical, surgical, or mixed intensive care units
* Evaluate and manage acute respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction
* Diagnose and treat pulmonary conditions including COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary infections, lung cancer, and pulmonary hypertension
