Overview


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our hotel team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the hotel grounds tidy in the morning and help improve the appearance of our public areas through painting and light maintenance in the afternoon. Position requires working two weekends per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain hotel exterior and grounds including sidewalks, parking areas, and garage.
Collect and empty all outdoor trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, pressure wash, and remove debris from walkways and entrances.
Inspect grounds for safety hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Other duties and projects as designated by Chief Engineer.
