Public Relations Specialist

This role requires a high level of initiative and independence. The successful candidate will proactively drive PR opportunities, establish best practices for country teams, and elevate Timezone’s brand visibility through consistent, compelling earned media coverage across key markets.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, develop, and maintain a rolling pipeline of PR stories aligned with Timezone’s brand, business priorities, and cultural moments.
• Translate business activity, data, and operational insights into media-relevant narratives without reliance on constant campaign launches.
• Build and manage a comprehensive regional story bank, working closely with spokespeople and internal stakeholders to surface unique, newsworthy angles.
• Lead media pitching end-to-end, including outreach, follow-ups, relationship management, and securing coverage.
