General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee the design review and site implementation of all landscape and public realm elements including planting, irrigation, grading, street furniture, hardscaping, and public open space features.Manage and coordinate multiple landscape design and construction packages, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across the project's phases.Liaise closely with the master planning and infrastructure teams to ensure public realm works are fully integrated within the overall project vision.Review design submissions, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements, local codes, and sustainability goals.Provide regular technical input and advice to the Design Manager / Project Manager, ensuring best practices in landscape and public realm execution.Monitor construction progress and conduct site inspections, ensuring quality standards and design ...
