  • 洞察玩家需求与市场趋势，为新玩法定位与设计方向提供发行侧输入。

  • 本科及以上学历，1年以上游戏产品运营或发行相关经验，有从0到1运营经验者优先。
  • 深度游戏玩家，体验洞察敏锐，能从玩家感受出发输出高质量产品建议。
  • 逻辑清晰，数据敏感，跨团队沟通与推动能力强。
  • 抗压能力强，适应快节奏高协同环境。
