Our client is a reputable company in the global service hub supporting financial, legal, and administrative operations worldwide. In order to support the company's expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as PTP Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) – 1 year contract.

What You'll Do:

A key role in streamlining vendor management, ensuring seamless invoice processing, and driving accurate, on-time payments to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibility:

• Review, approve, and post invoices, ensuring consistency with system records.
• Manage inbound invoices from multiple sources, including Ariba network, central mailbox, digital archive, and EDI.
• Reconcile monthly payable reports to confirm payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors for master data updates and issue remittance advice as needed.
