Rehabilitation Nurse

Location: Cypress, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a contract position lasting 13 weeks.

Schedule: Day shift from 08:00 to 16:30, with rotating weekends.

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team in the 2N Rehab Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient rehabilitation and possess the flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of our patients. The Rehabilitation Nurse will work with a caseload of 4-6 patients, providing skilled therapy and utilizing EMR Meditech, with a transition to Meditech Expanse on May 14th, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Implement treatment plans and facilitate skilled therapy sessions.
