Job Description

Position Summary
The Banquet Porter reports directly to the Banquet Manager and is responsible for the physical set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas within a high-volume casino and resort environment. This role supports the successful execution of events by ensuring all rooms are set to specification, service areas are clean and organized, and operational readiness is maintained at all times. The Banquet Porter will also assist with basic food and beverage service when required, contributing to a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute room set-ups and tear-downs for banquets, meetings, and events in accordance with event orders and specifications.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of banquet rooms, pre-function areas, service corridors, and storage spaces.
