Psychologist (Population Assessment & Research)

You will be working with a team of psychologists to apply psychological principles and tools, and conduct operational research to meet various assessment objectives and organisational needs.

You will apply scientific principles and methodology to design psychological assessment frameworks, research studies and screening tools. You will be in charge of literature reviews, co‑ordinating and organising processes related to data collection, analyses, ensuring data integrity as well as drafting of psychological assessment reports and briefing materials. You will be required to derive meaningful trends from psychological assessment data that would be of value to your stakeholders. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of psychometric screening operations and partake in engagements with stakeholders.
