Psychologist (Novena)

As a Psychologist in the Crime Psychology Division, you will support the development and implementation of a trauma-informed (TI) framework. You will also undertake projects and responsibilities related to applied research, behavioural analyses, and crisis support.

• Apply knowledge of psychology and behavioural sciences to support the conceptualisation of a trauma-informed framework.
• Develop strategies and guidelines for integrating trauma-informed practices across operations, training programmes, and support services.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations.
• Create training materials and resources relevant to TI practices.
• Conduct applied research in crime psychology and related areas.
• Conduct training and assessment work for various courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the unit.
