Description

The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a part-time Psychologist to join the Insomnia Clinic. The Insomnia Clinic provides behavioral treatments for insomnia that do not involve medications. Primary duties include:

+ Delivering CBT-I treatment through structures individual therapy sessions
+ Running therapy sessions using cognitive-behavioral therapy
+ Reviewing clinicians intake materials to develop personalized treatment plans
+ Tracking patients progress through sleep diaries, clinical assessments and session interactions
+ Maintain timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
+ Other clinician duties as assigned

Please note: this is a 11 month limited appointment that may convert to career
Salary range: $58.54/hr - $77.20

Qualifications

PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
Valid CA Psychologist License
Previous experience with insomnia patients
Previous experience with CBT-I
