Psychiatry Physician

• Specialty: Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Physician
• Setting: High acuity adolescent inpatient psychiatry & substance use unit
• Target start date and Length of need: August start
• Shift Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm flexibility required
• Type of patients/cases/procedures required: Inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry patients; high-acuity adolescent psychiatric and substance abuse. Age range 12-17 (hard cap) with complex, co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders.
• Patient Encounters per shift: the number of patients seen on the entire unit is 13-21. Each individual doc would (hopefully) only seeing a maximum of 10-12.
• Available support staff: Multidisciplinary inpatient team including nursing, case management, therapists, and operational leadership
• Certifications & Credentials:
  • Board Certification in child/adolescent psych
  • Leadership experience
  • Addiction experience
  • Certifications - BLS
