This role offers a collaborative, physician-supported environment with manageable patient volumes , allowing you to focus on high-quality inpatient psychiatric care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Call: 1:4 weekends
Patient Volume: patients per day
Location: Petersburg, VA (Richmond metro area)
Practice Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospital (Acute, Partial Hospitalization and Residential treatment)
Support / Care Team: Psychiatrists, nursing staff, therapists, and case managers
