Optimum is proud to partner with a hospital in Long Island, New York, with an opening for a Psychiatry Residency Director to join their team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Optional call shifts
• Launching Psychiatry residency for 2024
• 12 residents, 3 per year
• 4-year residency
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Program Consists of: 36-bed IP unit, IOP, partial day program, addiction program, and C/A outpatient
• Current team of 15 physicians and NPs
• Must have prior director background and academic experience
• Must be board-certified
• Competitive salary
