We are seeking two experienced and compassionate psychiatrists to serve as full-time Lead Psychiatrists supporting our East Valley and West Valley service areas. Position Summary The Lead Psychiatrist serves as the physician leader for assigned psychiatric services while maintaining a clinical caseload. This role provides clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants while partnering with site and medical leadership to advance quality, safety, access, and clinical excellence.
