Responsibilities may include:Performing face to face assessments and ongoing psychiatric visits with clients of all ages including children, adolescents and adults. Maintaining current patient records in order to clearly state problems, plans, actions, goals and changes as they occur. Instructing client caregivers. Managing client medications.
