Summary:


The Addiction Medicine Clinician I is an independently licensed as an LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCSW, LCPC or LMFT with experience in providing trauma-informed care in the treatment of substance use and co-occurring disorders who provides individual and group therapy services within an addiction medicine program for individuals with opioid use disorder.
