PSG Lee Operator

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate, monitor, and support packaging line equipment while ensuring accurate documentation, food safety compliance, and adherence to Quality Assurance requirements. You will perform operational checks, complete required forms, maintain proper machine center line settings, and support efficient and safe production.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Perform all required Line Checks, Centerline Audits, Tool Inspection forms, CCP1 and CCP2 documentation.
• Record required production, quality, and weight‑control information in Infinity, LEDs, and SAP.
• Follow all Quality Assurance standards, including Infinity computerized weight‑control procedures.
