Part of a service organization, reporting to the Operations Manager, the main responsibilities of this position is to manage various day-to-day operations related to the integration and operation of Motorola’s radio communication system. Following processes based on ITIL, the candidate will manage equipment, incidents and lead and assist in various meetings, take actions and follow-ups within the organisation, build dashboards and tracking tools for customer and management, follow-up with sub-contractor, third party suppliers and the customer.
Some of the main skills required are:
Maintain a high quality level of communication between the customer , process owner and the rest of the organization
Evaluate situations and propose solutions.
Be involved in process optimizations.
Ensure the performance, accuracy, quality, integrity and security of our operations.
