The role focuses on building and managing a portfolio of third-party partner‑led offerings (e.g., travel, lifestyle, telco, e-commerce), ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience. This requires a broad skill set regarding the product, channel or market with end-to-end responsibility for the squad's activities.
