Provider Sourcing Specialist

Under the leadership of the Manager of Physician Recruitment, this individual will work closely with the Physician and APP recruiters and Parkview Health service line leadership to identify and implement sourcing strategies to increase talent pipeline for current and future physician roles. Individual is responsible for sourcing, engaging and identifying high-quality, qualified candidates to meet the needs of the organization. Individual will utilize various methods to identify and engage with passive candidates to introduce Parkview Health. Sourcing methods include but not limited to job boards and search engines, business and social media sites, job fairs, email and text campaigns and networking events as well as managing the recruitment page on the internet to attract top-tier candidates.
