Job Description

We are seeking a Provider Relations Analyst to join our Academia and Government team in Chennai. This role involves monitoring and addressing issues related to provider content and analyzing metadata and content gaps to identify and implement necessary corrections. It also includes building relationships with key provider contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 
Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline
At Least 2 Years of Relevant Experience in meta data analysis, content review journal operations, editorial administration, and content management.
Ability to clearly express yourself both verbally and in writing
