**Position Purpose**

Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a passionate and mission-driven **Provider Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator** to recruit, develop, and support a robust network of volunteer physicians who provide compassionate care to underserved populations. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this role serves as a key liaison between Mercy Care and the medical community, ensuring volunteer physicians are successfully recruited, credentialed, onboarded, and engaged. The Coordinator will also supervise staff and help develop programs that strengthen clinical support services, including a physician scribe program.
