Responsibilities
Job Summary: As a Production Specialist, you'll provide our Customers with fresh, made in store product, with a focus on hot foods such as rotisserie chicken and sandwiches. You'll maintain and ensure compliance with department and food safety / sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
• Production / Food Service:
Cuts, slices, dices, chops, food for recipe preparation; preps in accordance with recipe specifications and SOPs Uses multiple and more complex production planning tools for all products to ensure 100% in-stocks Completes tasks at assigned workstation Assists in multiple cooking venues Assists in technical areas, and with catering orders, as needed Masters recipe preparation, including daily production to account for raw material variations and customer demand Prepares, packages, and stocks fresh product Performs other duties ...
