Propulsion Engine Integration Engineer

Mission

As a Propulsion Integration Engineer your main mission within the area will be to define the integration processes associated to the propulsive components of the rocket, as well as to provide an adequate follow up at the workshop to guarantee the proper execution of these processes.

Responsibilities

• Development, implementation, and optimization of assembly procedures for rocket engine systems and propulsive components: assembly manuals, work orders, post-assembly inspections and reports... Continuous improvement of assembly processes (based on lessons learned) to bring products from prototype to high-volume production.
• Assembly of rocket engines, including combustion chambers, engine fluid systems, structural assemblies and other subsystems.
• Technical support and problem-solving during assembly procedures.
• Work with Design, Analysis, Supply Chain and Manufacturing in the evolution of design solutions to impro...
