Proposals Engineer

We are looking to strengthen our Proposals team with 3 Proposal Engineers based at various locations across all our frameworks with hybrid working available. Locations to be discussed in interviews.

You will report directly to one of our Senior Pre‑construction leadership team and your role will cover the management, co‑ordination and timely preparation of tenders for civil, process and MEICA Engineering works in accordance with individual clients requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and co‑ordinate timely preparation of tenders for civil, process and MEICA Engineering works in accordance with individual clients requirements
• Manage company / client interface and relationships.
• Manage tender development costs.
• Manage company risk associated with each tender.
• Manage external stakeholders associated with projects.
• Manage JV partnership relationships and development of team ethics.
