Job Summary:
We are looking for a Proposal Writer to develop clear, persuasive, and strategic responses to RFPs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality proposal submissions, and maintaining content repositories to support ongoing proposal efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze RFP documents and align responses with sales strategies.
• Write client-focused, compelling, and strategic proposal responses.
• Research complex or non-standard questions with internal SMEs and resources.
• Complete questionnaires using standard knowledgebase content and tailor responses as needed.
• Review and edit drafts for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ensure proper formatting and completeness of all proposal documents.
• Gather and include relevant exhibits and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with account management, finance, legal, and SMEs.
