This role is critical to our success in winning State and Federal contracts by producing compelling, compliant, and well-structured proposal documents, RFP responses, and supporting technical content.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal & Bid Writing

writing, editing, and formatting responses to State and Federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and SOWs

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compliant proposal narratives

Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, boilerplate language, and past performance write-ups
