POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Proposal Specialist will work with A/Z’s various groups to lead the development of technical proposal content. Duties may include but are not limited to:
+ Supporting the development of comprehensive responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other client-based deliverables in conjunction with Marketing and other internal departments.
+ Coordinating, gathering, and assembling the individual elements of RFQ, RFP, etc. responses from team members.
+ Excellent communication with internal team members and external entities in-person and via phone / email.
