Proposal Manager III

​​Amentum is seeking a Proposal Manager III to serve as core members of the Proposals team. This role provides proposal development support across Amentum programs within a dynamic and complex environment, leading the development and submission of clear, compliant and compelling proposal solutions and execution packages.

The Proposal Manager is responsible for integrating with key stakeholders to deliver effective, efficient and timely proposals, often under tight deadlines.​

**Work Schedule:**

​​Day shift – 5 days per week, 8 hours per day​

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ ​​Manage the end-to-end proposal development and submission process, including interpretation of RFPs, coordination of RFIs, development of solution strategies, SOW preparation, bid analysis, strategic planning, and execution package development.
