Proposal Engineer

Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya.
Job Summary:
The Proposal Engineer will be part of the tendering team of Kenya, supporting the preparation and submission of compliant, competitive, and high-quality technical proposals. The position requires strong coordination skills and good knowledge of the Kenyan market, clients, and procurement environment and processes.
Responsibilities:
Daily tracking of opportunities on the Kenyan market (government ministries official websites, newspapers, funding entities official websites etc.)
Review and analyze tender documents (RFPs and EOIs) to identify technical, commercial, and administrative requirements
Support the coordination of proposal preparation activities, deadlines, and internal inputs
Coordinate the preparation and documents gathering with sub-consultants
Contribute to the preparation of compliance matrices and proposal submission checklists
Compile administrative documents including company experience, personnel CV...
