Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities:

• RFP Analysis: Review and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tenders, and technical drawings to understand client specifications and project scopes.
• Solution Design: Define the technical approach, draft compliance statements, and identify potential risks to ensure the bid meets all requirements.
• Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, and overheads, to create competitive, profitable quotes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, procurement, legal, and execution teams to gather essential data and validate bid viability.
• Proposal Delivery: Compile and format bid documents, ensuring they are error-free and submitted on schedule.
• Handover: Facilitate a smooth project handover to the execution/engineering team once a bid is successfully won.
