**Job Description**

The Proposal Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides technical, operational, and domain expertise in support of competitive proposal efforts across federal, defense, and/or commercial solicitations. The SME partners closely with capture managers, proposal managers, and solution architects to shape compliant, compelling, and differentiated proposal content aligned with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.

This role is critical to translating complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives that demonstrate understanding of the customer’s mission, risks, and desired outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or business discipline (or equivalent experience) Minimum 20 years of experience supporting proposal development or technical performance for government or large commercial contracts.
