**Job Overview**

Under general supervision, the Proposal Developer I supports the global sales organization by developing and preparing budgets and proposals for assigned customers. This role focuses on learning proposal development best practices, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of proposal documentation.

**Essential Functions**

+ Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and identify required inputs for proposal text and budget development.
+ Support the preparation of proposal text, budgets, rebids, and related documentation under guidance of senior team members.
+ Collaborate closely with the proposal development team to prepare and finalize assigned proposals.
+ Assist in revising or developing preliminary agreements, scopes of work, and associated budgets to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
