We’ve opened a role in our Ottawa office for a talented, entrepreneurial Proposal Coordinator to work alongside exceptional people in JLR’s Marketing group.

Qualifications

• Do RFP’s, strong storytelling, sharp editing, and collaborative problem‑solving genuinely excite you?
• Are you someone who thrives under pressure, effortlessly balancing multiple deadlines and priorities?
• Have you built your career in professional services—engineering, architecture, construction, or similar environments?
• Are you confident in the Microsoft Office suite, and comfortable stepping into tools like InDesign when needed?
• Do you bring a degree or diploma in communications, English, business, or a related field?
