Job Description

Clayton Services is searching for a  Proposal Coordinator to join a thriving engineering firm in Houston, Texas. The  Proposal Coordinator will coordinate the proposal efforts to land critical projects for the firm.

Job Type: Temporary (approximately 8-10 weeks)

Pay Rate: $38.46 - $43.27/hour

Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours) or Part-time (Monday-Thursday, 32 hours) available. Flexible start time between (7:00-9:00 am).

Proposal Coordinator Responsibilities: Spearhead the creation of content and dynamic graphic designs for marketing and business development proposals.
Foster seamless collaboration with both internal and external teams throughout the pursuit development process.
Monitor bid opportunities, actively participate in pre-bid meetings, and offer invaluable support in pursuit endeavors.
