Proposal Administrator

+ Review RFPs and client requests to define scope, requirements, and proposal strategy.

+ Lead the development of proposal strategies in collaboration with business development, legal and contract management, technical advisory, finance, and leadership teams. Develop detailed scopes of work for technical advisory, due diligence, independent engineering and owner’s engineering services.

+ Collaborate with subject ‑ matter experts to develop methodologies, assumptions, and level ‑ of ‑ effort estimates.

+ Prepare pricing tables, margin calculations, commercial terms, and key proposal documentation.

+ Write and edit proposal content, including project understanding, approach, and team qualifications.

+ Manage client communication during the proposal stage, including clarifications and Q&A.

+ Ensure compliance with RFP submission requirements and maintain organized proposal archives.
