Property Surveyor

We are recruiting for an Interim Property Surveyor for a leading Social Housing provider based in the South West, supporting property services across the local region on a 3 month contract.

As an Interim Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of surveying services across housing stock, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, compliant with regulations, and fit for purpose. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, customer-focused organisation and make an immediate impact.

• Rate: £35 per hour
• Contract: 3 months
• Working pattern: 37 hours
• Mileage: Paid from home to sites

This role requires travel across the South West to areas including Bristol, Somerset, North Devon and South Wales!
