Property Sales Admin and Project Executive

About the role

This is a full-time position based in Selangor, supporting the Property Sales team at COMTRAC Group of Companies. As a Property Sales Admin and Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and seamless operation of the project and sales administrative process.

What you'll be doing

1. Processing of sales documentation for purchasers, sales consultants, and appointed agents including close monitoring of sales conversion and obtaining regular purchasers' loan approval updates.
2. Coordinate Sale and Purchase Agreement / Deed of Mutual Covenant / Loan agreement and relevant documents signing with the buyer(s) and respective lawyer.
3. Assist in the preparation and processing of Project Administration, sales contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
4. Timely preparation of weekly sales reports, sales performance reports, and sales conversion reports.
