Property Project Manager

You’ll lead complex projects from the first spark of an idea right through to opening the doors, making sure every scheme is safe, efficient, and brilliantly delivered.

• Overseeing large‑store development — from feasibility and pre‑construction through to build, fit‑out and handover.
• Delivering to Tesco principles — including format, design, scoping and brand standards.
• Leading a strong safety culture — ensuring every project meets Tesco and statutory H&S expectations.
• Managing supplier and consultant performance — including Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, designers and project managers.
