Property Project Manager

We are partnering with a large, multi-site care and support organisation to appoint an experienced Property & Project Manager to oversee and improve a diverse operational property portfolio across the East of England.

This is a senior, hands‑on role combining strategic property management with practical project delivery. You will act as a property business partner to senior operational leaders, helping to drive commercial outcomes such as occupancy, void room turnaround and cost control, while maintaining high standards in a regulated environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Property , you will manage a geographically dispersed portfolio of approximately 80 services , covering areas from Nottingham down to London , including Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and within the M25.
