About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Property & Project Manager to take a lead role in managing and developing our national property portfolio of more than 650 services across the UK.

You’ll lead the Facilities & Compliance team , ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant, fit for purpose and cost effective. Working closely with the Head of Property, you’ll play a key role in delivering our property strategy, managing landlord and tenant relationships, overseeing maintenance programmes, and supporting major property and capital works projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused property professional who enjoys balancing strategic property management with operational delivery in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
