Property Officer

About the role

As Property Officer, you will be part of Council’s Property and Facilities Branch which delivers property and facilities management services that support Council's assets, services and community outcomes.

Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will help deliver Council’s land, property and tenancy management objectives to optimise the use of Council’s land.

In this role, you will use your experience in leasing, land management and transaction negotiation to support a wide range of low to medium risk tenancy arrangements across Council’s community and/or commercial property holdings. You will also perform a variety of land management functions including encroachment management, road closure and openings and encumbrance management.
