Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use)
• Prepare and analyze property financials, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and forecasts
• Build, maintain, and update property cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise
• Analyze lease structures, rent rolls, expense recoveries, and valuation scenarios
• Coordinate with leasing, accounting, and asset management teams
