You will be joining an extremely established Commercial Real Estate management company. They are a growing organization who are looking to add top talent to their ranks as they continue their progression.

Your new role

As the Commercial Property Manager, you will be working out of a Head Office based out of Mississauga, ON.

Your portfolio will be comprised of 15 commercial (office, retail, industrial) sites, totalling approximately 1.3 million square feet across the GTA. You must have access to your own vehicle and able to travel to sites.

You will be responsible for the overall management, operation, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction. This position provides leadership and oversight to Property Administrators and works closely with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio.
