Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

Working from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Car driver with own car essential as you will carry out the odd property inspection.

You should be working within Residential Property Management.

Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance-based issues on a portfolio with 150 properties and you will work alongside an Administrator and the Senior Lettings Negotiator.
