Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. This is a field job where you will be responsible for:

Finding and acquiring new properties for our rental business.

Showing properties to potential tenants and closing rental deals.

Managing move-ins and move-outs of tenants.

Minimize move-outs by problem solving.

Taking care of existing properties and making sure they are well-maintained.

Helping tenants with their daily needs and solving their issues.

Achieving monthly targets set by the company. Requirements

Should be comfortable working in the field (not just office work).

Owning a two-wheeler will be required.

Good communication skills and basic knowledge of handling tenants.

Honest, hardworking, and responsible person.
