Property Manager (Block) – Central London (Flexi working) – c£45k

Our client is a long-established, independent advisory and Property Services business whose focus is on providing expertise and creative solutions to a diverse client base across London and the South East.

As a result of block portfolio growth within their Central London (EC) office, they now seek an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:

* 2 years block management experience, ideally IRPM/RICS qualified but supported to obtain in post if not

* Working part home, part office and part site based (2/2/1)

* Managing a mixed but high quality portfolio comprising purpose built blocks (including newbuilds), mansion blocks, conversions and mixed-use

* Undertaking the full range of property management tasks from budget setting to insurance provision and major works, supported in-house by a competent team of service charge accountants, property assistants and admi...
