Location: Loughton | Basic salary: £27,000 | Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm | No driving required | Minimum 1 year of experience.

Our client is currently searching for a focused and driven property manager to join their multi‑award‑winning independent estate agency with offices covering Loughton and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a strategic thinker, and able to work independently and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Chasing outstanding works
• Organising gas/electrical safety certificates / EPCs
• Organising contractor appointments
• Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals
• Visiting properties and carrying out inspections
• Reletting properties
• Arranging inventory / check‑in
• Organising check‑out / deposit return / dilapidations
• Deposit dispute administration
